We're Glad to Have You Back

But we need to go over some things first.

Rehoboth Covid-19 Reopening Strategy:

MEDICAL SCREENING

Upon arrival and prior to entering the building, each person will go through an approximately 1 to 2-minute screening process. We ask that you arrive 20 minutes prior to the service start time. This will allow enough time for screening to be completed. Please note: A first come first served policy has been implemented as we are limited to 100 persons in the building at all times.

The medical screening will be performed by the medical staff. Please be prepared to answer the following questions: Temperature Screening: Current temperature of greater than or equal to 99.0 degrees, If YES, members or visitors will not be allowed to enter the building and directed to access additional care.

If NO, they will ask the following question. DO YOU HAVE: New cough, Shortness of breath, Chills, Repeated shaking with chills, Muscle pain, Sore throat, New loss of taste or smell, Generalized abdominal pain, nausea or diarrhea, Any recent travel outside of the state.

Have you been around anyone who has tested positive for COVID-19 without proper PPE (Personal protective equipment). Any potential exposure or anyone around you with those symptoms?

If YES to above, members or visitors will not be allowed to enter the building, asked to self-quarantine, and directed to access additional care. In addition if one member of the same household answers yes but other members of the same household answer no the entire family will not be allowed to enter the building.

If NO, to all the above, the member or visitor will be asked to wear a mask, will be given a sticker, and allowed to enter.

Entrance into Lobby/Sanctuary

All doors to the lobby will remain open to avoid touching. Signs will be visible inside and outside to reiterate that masks must be worn, social distancing is mandatory, hugs & handshakes are no longer permitted, and hand washing is mandatory while on the church property (Inside and outside). There will be floor signs throughout the building identifying social distancing (6ft apart markers) main lobby, outdoor on the sidewalk for medical screening, in the sanctuary, hallways near the bathroom, etc.

The finance team will be stationed in the front lobby with envelopes, offering buckets and credit card machines for you to complete and deposit your tithes, offering, and/or building fund before entering the sanctuary.  Online giving is available at Rehobothcog.org/give.

There will only be one entry into the sanctuary through the lobby double doors.  Markers will be pre-arranged and posted on seats to identify the 6 feet separation (2 seats = 6ft).  2 Seats will be placed between each family and members will be seated in EVERY OTHER ROW.

We will make every effort to seat families together (families who reside in the same household). One usher and one greeter will be stationed in each aisle.

They will assist you with the seating process. Seating will be done front to back. There are no assigned seats, however, once you are seated, you can not move to another seat.

In order to limit movement during the service, we encourage you to consider using the restroom prior to service. Signs will be placed near restrooms entry indicating a limit of 3 persons at a time. Bathroom monitors will be in place.

At the end of service, the ushers and greeters will direct everyone to exit through the side doors. You will proceed to the lower level and exit through the doors into the parking area. The front lobby will not be accessible to those leaving the services.

Sanitizing/Cleaning of the Facility

The sanctuary, restrooms, lobby and lower level touchpoints, etc. will be cleaned in between services. Sanitization will be done throughout the entire building weekly and professional cleaning monthly Hand sanitizers and sanitization wipes will be placed at the nurse’s stations, main lobby area, and outside restroom areas.

Thank You for worshipping with us!
